GLOBAL SERVICE ENQUIRIES
Terms
These terms describe the intended framework for business enquiries about pSEO services. They are a pre-publication draft and must be completed with the operator identity and applicable law before the website accepts enquiries or enters contracts.
1. Scope
PSEO WEBSITE presents market-led pSEO planning and implementation services for businesses. The website is not a direct consumer checkout, does not create a contract through a page visit and does not promise a particular ranking, traffic, revenue or commercial outcome.
2. Proposals and engagement
Any commercial information must be confirmed in a written agreement before work begins. The deliverables, timeline, data responsibilities, local market scope, payment terms, intellectual-property terms and acceptance criteria are not established by this static website. No payment flow is active in this build.
3. Market and regulatory readiness
A listed country, language or geographic structure does not mean that services are available, legally cleared or suitable in that market. Before an engagement targets a new jurisdiction, the operator and client must confirm the relevant local consumer, advertising, privacy, cookie, accessibility, tax, language and sector-specific requirements.
4. Client responsibilities
The client remains responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the offers, locations, claims, trademarks, data, translations and local-service information it supplies. The client must not request deceptive local content, fabricated reviews, unsupported performance claims or content that infringes third-party rights.
5. Intellectual property and permitted use
Ownership, licences, source files, third-party assets and permitted use must be defined in the written agreement. The website’s original copy, design and generated illustrative assets may not be reused outside the agreed scope without permission.
6. Governing law and disputes
TODO before publication: the operator must identify the governing law, competent courts or agreed dispute process, legal entity, registration information, address and commercial contact channel. A jurisdiction must not be selected by boilerplate alone when the engagement or customer location requires a different approach.
7. Changes
These terms must be reviewed when the operator, services, checkout, target markets or contracting model changes. The effective date is intentionally not set until the operator verifies the final text.
